Lock Tight Security
Our software uses a random 3 digit alphanumeric code that matches a child to his or her parent. When picking up a child, a parent must show that their badge matches the badge worn by their children. This prevents unauthorized adults from picking up a child.
Efficent, Time Saving Check In
Within 8-14 seconds, any size family can check into the KidzPro program, have a security badge printed for each family member, and be on their way to class. This check-in procedure is done at a manned or self check-in kiosk, allowing a church to greet a family as soon as they walk in, and direct them to the correct classroom.
Easy To Read Alerts
On each child badge, any medical conditions or allergies can be noted to make sure the caregivers have all the information needed to give a child the best possible care. This can also be used to allow the caregivers to know if a child is potty training, or any other useful information that could give the child the best care possible.
Effectively Track Volunteers
KidzPro allows volunteers to check-in, which assists the children’s director to know who is working at a particular event. It also provides them with a name badge to allow parents and children to know their names along with their position within the organization.
Easy Follow Up
Customizable reports allow an organization to track which children and parents have been attending regularly, along with those that have missed a few weeks. This allows the organization to follow up on those that have not been in attendance. This not only works for children, but for volunteers as well.

Security Codes- KidzPro uses one security code for each person in a family, preventing parents from having to juggle between different codes for each child.

Parent/Guardian Claim Reciepts- A reciept is printed matching the code on the child badges and just enough information to match the child with his or her parent/guardian. Customization
Understanding that all organizations and churches have unique needs, KidzPro was created to be customizable to fit the needs of an individual organization. This is accomplished by:
User Defined Fields which allow a user to create fields within the software. This allows an organization to decide what they would like to know about their people. The amount of User Defined Fields that you can create are unlimited.
The software currently has five UDF types: checkbox, numeric, date/time, selection tool, and text.
Each User Defined Field that you create can also be conveniently reported on through our powerful reporting engine.
Our reporting engine allows our users to create their own report templates that can easily be accessed. You are not tied to certain box reports that may not have the data that you would like to have.
