At KidzPro, we are very open about what it is going to cost to implement our software. We don’t hide anything from you. In fact, our packages include everything that you would need to implement KidzPro into your ministry.

Does KidzPro work with our current pager system?
Yes. KidzPro has an easy way to track and report on your pager system. The information is not only located in the software, but on each of the child’s badges for easy reference and quick use.
How many users should my organization look into purchasing?
This can be figured by a simple equation. Take the average number of families that will be checking into the software, multiply it by 14 seconds (the average time it takes to check in), divide that number by 60 to get the number of minutes, divide the minutes by the amount of time you would like to have everyone checked into the system (normally 10 minutes). This will give you the approximate amount of users that you would need.
If you had 100 families checking into your system:
100x14=1400 seconds
1400/60= 23 minutes
23/10= 2.3 users
2 or 3 users would be needed.
We are looking into KidzPro for our church. Can KidzPro be used for other ministries besides our nursery and children’s ministry?
Yes, KidzPro can be used for tracking and reporting on other ministries such as youth ministry, camps, conferences, or any other ministry or event that you would like to keep track of.
How fast is KidzPro?
KidzPro is very fast! Your attenders can be entered in and badges printed in as fast as 6 seconds. The badges print at approximately one badge per second. The last thing you need is for your families to have to stand in line to check their children in. At KidzPro, we have done everything that we can to prevent this from happening.
What about Check-Out?
One of the great things about KidzPro is the simple check-out procedure. All the teacher or helper must do is match the 3 digit alphanumeric code on the child with the parent badge. The code is in big letters and numbers and easy to view. There is no long procedure for a parent to pick up their child, again preventing lines from occurring.
My organization is relatively small, could KidzPro work for us?
Yes. There are many small organizations using KidzPro, and they find it a great way to keep track of their people. It also creates an environment conducive to growth by being prepared for new people to. There is no better way for parents to feel more comfortable in an organization than by knowing that their kids are in a safe, loving environment. KidzPro helps to provide this kind of environment.
My organization is large, could KidzPro work for us?
Yes. Large organizations and churches find KidzPro to be a very effective way to take care of their people, and do it in a very fast, efficient way. The KidzPro Server allows each computer to be tied together for information to be transferred throughout your facility. It also allows your people to not get “lost in the mix” by its powerful reporting and tracking capabilities.
Do I have to buy new computers for KidzPro?
No. Kidzpro can be run on "hand me down" computers.

What is your return policy?
You may return an item for refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date. The customer is responsible for a 30% restock fee plus return freight costs. When you return an item, please indicate the reason for the return. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.
